Join us on Friday 22nd January 2021, 17:30 - 20:30, for a virtual stargazing event with hands-on activities, talks and virtual tours of the stars.

This year's public Stargazing event with RAL will take place online. Although we won't be able to welcome you to the lab in person, we will host an exciting evening for the whole family filled with activities, talks and tours that you'll be able to join via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home! You can choose to join the event live or watch the recordings afterwards.

There will be four different categories of sessions that run in parallel throughout the evening, listed below. The activities will be hosted by the RAL Public Engagement teams and will run in half-hour sessions in each category. When you book tickets, please indicate which sessions you would like to attend live, or receive recordings of to watch later (for example if you want to attend sessions happening at the same time, you can register to receive the recordings instead).

There are also lots of educational resources available on-demand inlcuding posters, activity books suitable for ages 5+, and videos on the RAL Space and STFC YouTube channels.
